Through our curated registration process, we'll capture your background experience and the types of roles you are looking for. We'll also want to know the types of company, their growth stage, scale and investment profile that you'll create the biggest impact. And once we've done a few checks you'll be on our system ready to be matched up with some exciting new fractional roles.

We'll ask you to upload your functional and people requirement through our digital platform. If you've not already defined this, we can work with you to articulate your vision and ambitions for both the company and for you personally and help define your specific resource requirements.

Using our platform we will  scan our 900+ pre-vetted fractional C-suite talent pool and present you with a curated selection to review, meet and select, that are not only a great match for the functional experience and expertise you're looking for but are also culturally aligned with you and your business.

Once you've selected and onboarded your XD, we'll be in ongoing contact with you and them to make sure all is going to plan, supporting both you and them to help make sure your growth, value and ambitions targets are being achieved.
